Step 1: Set up LMS workspace and import wallet data
Before you add loans, configure core settings so calculations, schedules, and dashboards line up with your policies.
Navigating your workspace
When you log in, open Loan Management. You’ll see tabs like Overview, Loan List, Collateral, and Risk Monitoring.
Profile (top‑right): personal settings, password, 2FA
Settings (workspace): currency, timezone, period locks, members/roles
Configure workspace defaults
Workspace currency & timezone
Use the same currency/timezone as your ERP to avoid period‑end misalignments.
Members & roles
Grant edit access only to users who create terms/loans; keep dashboards view‑only if needed.
Import wallet data
Bring your lender‑side wallet or account into LMS so loan cashflows (principal issued/repayments, interest, fees, collateral) can be identified in later steps.
Prerequisites
Administrator/Accountant/Bookkeeper access to your workspace
The wallet address (on‑chain) or read‑only API credentials (exchange/custodian)
Import an on‑chain wallet
Go to Sources → Imports → + Import
Choose Chains → select the blockchain (e.g., Ethereum)
Enter a clear Wallet name (e.g.,
Lender – USDC Treasury)Paste the wallet address
Click Create
Tip: Use separate names for funding vs. interest/fees wallets to keep reviews simple.
For detailed articles, check out the on-chain transaction data articles.
Import an exchange or custodian account
In + Import, choose Exchanges or Custody
Create read‑only API keys (no withdrawals/trading) per the connector guide
Paste the API key/secret (and any required passphrase/permissions)
Click Create
For a detailed setup, check out the articles under Exchanges and Custodians data.
Choose how much history to import
Full history (default): Best for first‑time setup
Custom dates: Set a start/end date if you only need a specific period
Balance only: Imports current balances (no transactions) — use only for quick snapshots
Verify
Open Sources → Imports to see status
Spot‑check that transactions or balances appear for the wallet/account you added
Next steps: link lender wallets to events, add borrower wallets per loan, and review dashboards.
