Sharing your exact workspace view
You can now easily share a specific page in Cryptio using the Share View feature. This saves you time compared to taking screenshots or explaining which filters you applied.
Unlike simply copying and pasting a URL, Share View ensures the recipient sees the exact same page with the exact same filters applied in your Workspace. A regular URL link will not preserve filters or your specific Workspace setup, which is why Share View is important.
When you share a view, the recipient will see the exact same page you were viewing, including all filters. This is especially useful when:
Contacting Cryptio Support so they can quickly understand your issue.
Sharing context with a colleague in your Workspace.
How to Use Share View
Navigate to the page you want to share.
Make sure any filters you want to display are already applied.
In the top right corner of the Cryptio platform, click on the person icon.
Select Share View.
The URL of the page will automatically copy to your clipboard.
Paste this URL wherever you need it
Important Notes
Only users with access to your Workspace can open the shared URL.
Each person will see the page according to their role permissions.
