How to manage team access and permissions in Cryptio

Who Should Have Access?
Collaboration is essential in Cryptio. Depending on your organization, you may want to provide access to both internal and external stakeholders.
Internal roles that often need access:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Director of Finance / Accounting
Head of Finance / Accounting
Internal Controller
External roles that often need access:
Accounting firm
Bookkeeper
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Auditor
If you want external auditors to review reports without exposing your internal setup, use the Auditor role.
How to Invite New Users
Open Cryptio and go to Manage Workspaces.
Select your workspace.
Click Invite a user.
Enter their email address and assign a role.
Send the invitation.
Roles and Permissions
Each workspace has five main roles. They differ in terms of what a user can see and do:

Administrator | Full access, including workspace and user management | Workspace owners, system admins |
Accountant | All accounting tasks (transactions, integrations, reporting), but no workspace admin rights | Finance and accounting teams |
Bookkeeper | Similar to Accountant, but cannot create/delete reports | Junior accountants, bookkeepers |
Reporter | View-only access, can download reports | Internal team members needing visibility |
Auditor | Reports-only access. Can view, generate, and export reports but cannot see transactions, wallets, or settings | External auditors, compliance teams |
