How to manage team access and permissions in Cryptio

Cryptio is more than just an accounting tool - itโ€™s your central hub for collecting, managing, and reporting on crypto data. Having the right team members with the right access helps streamline collaboration, strengthen controls, and support better decision-making.

This guide explains:

  • Which types of users benefit from Cryptio access

  • How to invite new team members and external partners

  • The different user roles available and what permissions they include

  • The dedicated Auditor role for secure, reports-only access

Who Should Have Access?

Collaboration is essential in Cryptio. Depending on your organization, you may want to provide access to both internal and external stakeholders.

Internal roles that often need access:

  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Chief Operations Officer (COO)

  • Director of Finance / Accounting

  • Head of Finance / Accounting

  • Internal Controller

External roles that often need access:

If you want external auditors to review reports without exposing your internal setup, use the Auditor role.
