Importing using EVM multi-chain
Using Cryptio’s EVM multi-chain connector, you can track all your wallet activities across Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)–compatible blockchains.
The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) is the underlying technology that powers Ethereum and other compatible blockchains. An EVM-compatible blockchain uses the same set of rules, smart contract language (Solidity), and execution environment as Ethereum. This means that the same wallet address can exist and interact across multiple blockchains built on the EVM.
With Cryptio, you don’t need to manually connect each chain one by one. Instead, you can import your wallets in two ways:
Search for EVM on the Imports page – This option will automatically detect all supported EVM-compatible chains associated with your wallet address and import them together.
Import an individual wallet via a normal connector (e.g., Ethereum) – When you do this, Cryptio automatically checks if the same wallet address is active on other supported EVM chains. If it finds activity, you’ll be prompted to import those chains at the same time.
Currently supported EVM-compatible blockchains in Cryptio include:
Ethereum
Polygon
Arbitrum
Optimism
BSC (Binance Smart Chain)
Gnosis
Fantom
Avalanche
Moonbeam
Moonriver
Cronos
More chain integrations will be available in future versions.
Import data from all EVM chains using your wallet in 6 steps
Copy your public wallet or contract address.
In Cryptio, go to the Imports page, then click on + Imports in the left menu.
Search for EVM multi-chains.
Name your wallet and paste the address in the Address field.
The wallet name will be included in all metadata across the app, reports, and your accounting integrations.
You can see all the EVM chains your wallet interacts with and whether each has been imported.
Choose the date range or select Complete history to import the full transaction history.
Click Create and your data will be imported directly.
Import an individual wallet and auto-detect other chains
If you prefer, you can import a single wallet using its dedicated connector (for example, Ethereum).
Go to the Imports page and choose the wallet connector for the chain you want to add (e.g., Ethereum).
Enter your wallet address.
Cryptio will automatically check if the same address has activity on other supported EVM chains.
If additional chains are detected, you’ll be prompted to import them at the same time.
This saves you from having to repeat the import process separately for each chain.
This option is helpful if you only want to start with one chain but still capture any other EVM activity linked to the same address.
