Loan management: Overview Dashboard

The Overview dashboard gives you a portfolio‑level snapshot of your lending book: how many loans are active, how much principal is outstanding, collateral coverage now vs at origination, and any overdue exposure. Use it as your first stop each close and whenever markets move.

Where to find it: Loan Management (on the left side navigation bar) → Overview tabs

💡 All data is real-time - amounts are automatically updated every few minutes.

Summary of loan analytics

Each card shows today’s value and the month‑over‑month (MoM) change vs the same day last month (e.g., “↓ −34.7% vs last month”).

  1. Total Active Loans

Count of loans currently active: issued (principal disbursed) and not fully repaid or liquidated, excluding loans with a manual Closed override.

  2. Total Principal Value

Sum of current outstanding principal (USD‑equivalent) across active loans.

FX/crypto principals are converted to USD using the latest price.

  3. Collateral Origination Value (secured loans only)

Sum of collateral value at posting (quantity × price at posting timestamp).

  4. Collateral Current Value (secured loans only)

Real‑time value of collateral currently held (quantity × latest price).

Used for LTV and risk monitoring elsewhere.

  5. Overdue Loans (term loans only)

Count of active, non‑revolving loans where at least one scheduled principal repayment is past due and not fully received.

  6. Overdue Loans Value (term loans only)

Total principal that should have been repaid by today across overdue loans but has not (expected principal due − principal received).

Why the MoM chip matters: It highlights trend direction without opening reports. A red arrow indicates deterioration (e.g., more overdue value, lower collateral value).

Asset summary table (by currency/asset)

This table breaks down the book by principal/interest currency or asset (e.g., USD, USDC, BTC, ETH).

  • Weighted Avg Interest Rate — Principal‑weighted average annual rate across active loans in the asset.
